Every book I send out is handmade with care, and I want to be sure it reaches you just as smoothly as it left my studio. Below you’ll find all the details about processing times, shipping, costs, and tariffs/duties.
All of my books are made to order. At the moment, my processing time is 10-14 weeks - this allows me to give each book the attention, detail, and love it deserves before it makes its way to you.
All rebinds are shipped via DHL Express, ensuring fast, fully tracked international delivery (5–15 business days once dispatched). This service is more expensive than standard post, but it provides significantly greater reliability and peace of mind for your order. Shipping insurance is automatically provided.
We use a tiered shipping system based on order size to reflect the actual cost of DHL Express delivery. Single books, multiple book orders, and larger collections each fall into different shipping tiers so you’re only charged what it realistically costs to ship your order safely and securely.
Tier One: Single Volume Orders. This tier covers individual books and parcels up to 2kg.
Tier Two: Complete Sets. This tier includes book sets (such as Fourth Wing or ACOTAR) and multiple book orders up to 4.9kg.
Tier Three: Full Library. This tier applies to larger orders of any size over 5kg.

A quick note for my lovely European customers:
Due to new European Union packaging and shipping regulations coming into effect, I am currently unable to accept or ship orders to countries within the European Union. As a small independent business based in New Zealand, I am taking some time to understand the new requirements and determine how I can continue shipping to the EU compliantly and sustainably.
This is intended to be a temporary pause, not a permanent change. I am hopeful that further guidance, clarification, or changes to the regulations will make it possible for me to reopen EU shipping in the future.

Customs, VAT, and Import Duties
Customs fees, import duties, tariffs, and VAT may apply in your country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient - usually upon delivery. We recommend checking your country’s customs policies before placing your order. For more information, you can visit your local customs office website.
Lost or Delayed Packages
I carefully package all orders, but once an order leaves my library, shipping delays are beyond my control. If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact me, and I will do my best to assist. If your package does not arrive at all, your book will be remade.
